Students Ministry Golf Tournament Fundraiser 2024

We would like to formally invite you to join us for our annual student golf tournament fundraiser. All proceeds will go to support students going to mission trips and camps.
You are invited to register to play and/or sponsor this tournament at various levels.
1. Tournament Sponsor: $2,500 (Includes 2 Teams and Club House Signage)
2. Gold: $1,000 (Includes 1 Team and Putting Contest Signage)
3. Silver: $500 (Large Sign at Premium Location)
4. Bronze: $250 (Medium Sign on course)
5. Hole: $100 (Small Sign on a hole)
The Student Golf Tournament Fundraiser will take place on October 14, 2024 at Creekside Golf & Country Club located at 591 Westchester Club Drive, Hiram, GA 30141.
Check-in at 8:30am
Shotgun Start at 10:00am
Registration Fees Include: Green Fee, Cart Fee, Range Balls, Tournament Hat, and Lunch
Contests/Prizes: 2 Flights, Individual Contests, Winners Trophies, Draw Prizes, $1,000 Prize for a Hole in One
