Adult Ministries

Central Baptist offers multiple ways for adults to grow! We desire for all adults to grow together with God and others in a Community Group. Our Sunday groups meet on campus at 9:00a. Central also provides other opportunities outside of Community Groups for you to continue growing closer to God through our discipleship classes both on and off campus.

Special Needs Ministry

Our Adult Special Needs Class meets each week on Sunday mornings at 9am on the 3rd floor of the Family Life Center. Together, we work on special projects throughout the year and enjoy going on outings together as a class. They had so much fun at VBS this summer.

Central Women

Our Women’s ministry serves our local church and local mission projects through the generous donations given during our annual events. We have made care bags and gifts for the PRC, The Douglas County Homeless Coalition, first responders and local nursing homes. We stock our Blessing Box regularly and provide extra support to our local missions as needed. Funds have been raised for the Share House, Operation Christmas Child, Military Support group, and school supplies for Guatemalan children. We have events throughout the year including “Seasons of Life” with wonderful speakers, a worship team and catered food. We have hosted paint parties, craft classes and organizational classes also. We would love to help you get connected.

Men's Ministries

Our Men’s Ministry focuses on service and fellowship. We meet for breakfast on the second Saturday of each month at 8:00am. We also work on various projects, inside and outside of the church, throughout the month.

Senior Adults

The purpose of Central’s Senior Adult Ministry is to encourage Senior Adults to love Jesus with their total being—body, soul and spirit, using the wisdom of their years and every spiritual gift the Lord has given them.

Community Groups

Being in a Community Group is one of the best decisions you can make at Central. When you are in a group, you are not only growing in your relationship with God, but growing in your relationship with others. Different groups offer different studies to dig into, so feel free to look around and see what age group and study fits best with where you are in life. If you have any questions about how to join a Community Group, contact Wally Bryson so he can help you take your next step in your walk with Christ.

Discipleship Classes

We offer multiple opportunities outside of Sunday mornings for continued growth in your relationship with Christ. We are always providing new studies for you to participate in at Central. Check back often or view our online calendar to see our latest offerings.

We also provide RightNow Media to everyone at Central for free. It gives you access to over 10,000 Bible studies, videos, conferences, and children’s videos.
